Support for Wireless High Speed Internet
University Apartments (UA) now offers FREE high speed
wireless internet to our tenants! The technical support is provided by
B&J Computers, Inc. (www.bnjcomp.com)
All University Apartment tenants will now be able to
get your desktop, laptop or MAC on a high speed wireless connection! You
can also enjoy this connection inside your apartment or outside with your
laptop! (Minimum requirements Pentium
III processor)
Need wireless
equipment to get your system on the wireless network?
Call B&J Computers to get the appropriate hardware
and they will verify that it is compatible with our wireless network! You
can also email
sales@bnjcomp.com for any information; just include your name and
apartment number in the subject line!
Already have
wireless in your system?
GREAT!!! There are two ways to go about getting
setup on UA’s wireless internet connection! The first and cheapest is to
simply get your MAC address and email it to
service@bnjcomp.com. That will allow them to get you on the high
speed wireless connection for only $32.50. Please remember to include
your name and apartment number in the subject line!
The second way is for B&J to send over a technician
to configure your computer, which would cost $65.00. Just call
618-687-4459 to make an appointment and remember to tell them you are from
University Apartments!

Attention: Seven days from activation of the MAC address, you need to sign
the WiFi Agreement, otherwise your service
will be disconnected and you will be charged a new activation fee.
Having a problem
with your computer?
University Apartment tenants also receive a discount
on B&J Computers, Inc. on-site residential services! Instead of paying an
onsite rate of $80.00 per hour, UA tenants only pay a rate of $65.00 per
hour, that’s even cheaper than taking the computer to a computer repair
shop for repair!
