2. Applications can be mailed or faxed to the number or address above. You must include with $15.00 for an application processing fee, and the necessary deposit for the desired apartment. Please use 2 checks made out to "University Apartments."
A. Security deposit check is held until lease is signed. Deposit will be refunded in full if application is not accepted.

B. The application fee is nonrefundable.
